  I get emails that's a tracking number has been delivered and yet they delivered it to the wrong house and then it takes another day or two for them to figure out what house it's at. We have a community mailbox at the corner of Lake Tahoe and Wolf Creek for about the 23rd time in 2016 another adressee's mail was in my box. For instance today 8405 was in my box which is 8402. There is even a label to tell them whose mailbox this is and still get it wrong. When you complain you never get to talk to the postmaster and the employees just hide behind their Union. When you ring the bell for the special service Dutch door you can stand there for 5 minutes and nobody will answer it. Management Kerr nothing but this establishment. It's good to be a monopoly.

  This post office has a record of delivering packages to the wrong addresses, both to the wrong door step & to the wrong mailbox. They don't follow through when saying they will take corrective action, and as far as I can see, don't take their jobs seriously. Whenever possible, if you live in the area served by this post office, I would highly recommend getting your items delivered by a service other than the USPS.

  First of all, we haven't been able to get our package from the cluster box. There's been a key broken in the lock for at least a MONTH. It appears that is going to remain that way. I attempted to call the post office this afternoon. At which time i had to listen to the phone ring for at least 3-4 minutes without an answering system to pick up or even a human for that matter. This is RIDICULOUS! I should be able to get my package!!
