  This had to be possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. If it were at all possible I would be putting negative five stars rather than one they don't even deserve that. My boyfriend and I went to go check out a vehicle in case AutoNation Chevrolet didn't work out. We walked around at 2 in the afternoon for over 15 minutes in the Heat and not one of the seven employees inside came out to greet us. Obviously we're frustrated as they can clearly see that we are shopping around for cars and we walked inside to have a woman who was congregating with her fellow employees, laughing and clearly not paying attention to anything that was going on around them. She finally looked up and asked us if we needed help. My boyfriend casually replied "Yes obviously we're walking around for 20 minutes." She then says "Well can I have your driver's license." He asked why exactly did she need his ID for when they haven't even asked what would you like, what are you looking for, how can we help you in that sense. She said it's to begin the process. He responded with "Exactly what process are we starting?" She again replied that it was to begin, you know, the process. My question is is it okay for someone to ask for your driver's license before you even ask to test drive a car, before they even acknowledge you or ask your name, or heaven forbid ask what brings you in and then not be able to explain what the process is. He did say well you know it's kind of shity that you can explain what exactly is what. That's when an employee named Antonio, who I'm not sure was a manager or just a regular employee, gets very aggressive, raises his voice, and basically says get out you're not welcome here. I was also accompanied by my step daughter who is 8 years old and, mind you, she and I had not said a single word to anybody as I was trying to find her something to drink because it was 100 degrees outside. When I heard my boyfriend call and say, "Hey we need to go." I started walking by and the employee, Antonio, decided to also say to my daughter and I that we needed to leave and it sure looks like you have a great home life .This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and I went ahead and purchased a car from AutoNation but the point being is that the customer service is completely utterly lacking. If this is how you treat a potential customer, then you do not deserve any, which by the way we were the only customers in that establishment at that time. I would highly not recommend this company to purchase anything, especially a potential $15,000 to $30,000 investment. I'm not sure if they feel that because they're a "Buy Here, Pay Here" place and have a different type of clientele, which might be a young person or people rebuilding their credit for whatever reason, that they have the right to treat them as if they are subhuman, but I know this, I will never ever recommend this place to any of my friends and I will definitely go out of my way to make sure that I post as many reviews as possible, letting the community know that this is not the way you treat your customers. I've also reached out to their 1-800 customer service line and I'll see if they actually take this serious. This is a huge eye opening experience and Mr Antonio is a representation of their company.

  DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM DRIVE TIME. COMPLETE SCAM!! These are my personal experiences with them. 8 months ago I bought a car at drive time , my first month with the car I started getting all types of problems with this vehicle , I've sent this car to the machianic and he said my coolant and transmission fluid mixed and they have to replace the transmission and radiator. I got the car back a month later and now it drives even worse, now we're paying almost 500 dollars a month for a messed up car because we don't want to ruin our credit. in the end it's your choice but I highly advise you to try everywhere else before here! don't make the same mistake we did. oh and don't get confused by all these good reviews. drive time has you write a good review when you purchase the car

  Amazing, It was great walked in and walked out with a car all thanks to Juan gudino he was great thanks!!! He got us though everything even filled the tank before we left gotta give this guy props awesome!!!

  Amos and Daniel were awesome! They were able to get me and my family in the vehicle we want and need!! Definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to go by and see these guys!!
