- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor Communications in terms of customer account closure. After our Mom passed away we insisted that Baker & Baker close the account with us in terms of a final invoice either by mail or email. Unfortunately, our Mom passed away sooner than expected and we were not able to proceed with the entire legal process. As grieving customers we felt that our experience with Baker & Baker was just another business transaction to them and without a sense of compassion.
