  Didn't even get to use their services. Was quoted $20 on a package less than 2 lbs so I just left. Can't afford to pay $20 for each pacakage when I'm shipping 6 things.

  I like others came in with my papers to shred. Man behind counter was helping someone for 15 min. without acknowledging me, did not call for someone else to help me, never looked up from computer. Did not feel 1 Stop Mail Service cared about my business. Employees certainly do not.

  I called to ask for the price to get an item notarized. I was told it is $6 and up. When I asked what that meant the representative rudely answered uhh... it is 6 dollars and up like I said. Instead of answering oh 6 for the first page and every additional page is an additional dollar. For future reference most banks will notarize things for free if you have an account. I am glad he was so rude because it saved me $6!
