  Met with Kelly after reading ALL the mixed reviews from multiple sources. Most of the reviews were spot on. She IS honest and very direct, but maybe too direct for some people who are more on the delicate side. I am an accountant and know the true meaning of "Time is Money".... In her line of work, being direct saves me money. So, if you want an attorney to get you through the messy parts of a failed relationship/business deal, she is your best bet. But, if you can't handle the truth coming at you with break-neck speed then look elsewhere and pray they opposition doesn't retain her first. Good luck.

  I talked to Kelly but after she answered my questions I did not hire her. She was,very informative and explained everything to me. She told,me how to protect my right a as a father.

  To say Kelly is the best attorney we could've hired would be an understatement. We had no recommendations to go by, so we started the divorce/child support/visitation process by having a few consultations with other attorney's who had "the best" ratings beside Kelly, however, we were completely dissatisfied with the feedback we were getting. Although we knew nothing would be cheap about the process, Kelly was worth every dollar and some. She was straightforward from day one, very promising to do her best job to her fullest potential and kept her word. Kelly, along with her awesome staff, Lorraine and Michelle were exceptionally helpful to answer any and all questions at any time and give the best of advice. I could go on and on but I'll end this review with Kelly Koch is the woman you can count on to get the best outcome when it's a messy situation. Thank you Kelly, Lorraine and Michelle for all you did to get us what we wanted! Sincerely, Chris & Monica

  Good service ended when my divorce was final. Since then I have had to hound her office consistently to get anything done. It started with my attorney disregarding my questions and now her assistant. Call after call, email after email go unanswered. A week after my ex-husband's wages had been garnished I had not received any mail or money. After I visited the AG's office here in town and they told me to contact my lawyer, I called her office several times leaving messages and finally learned they had not set up my account with the disbursement division. It will now be two weeks from when it was garnished in 3 days. I have now been calling for 3 days to see if they've completed that one step and I can barely get them to answer. Last time I spoke to her assistant she admonished me that "it will take awhile". I understand red government tape but now I'm not receiving the money I need to feed my children and pay bills because of their incompetence. As a newly single Mother I cannot in good faith recommend this office after these problems. They have callously disregarded my need. I had to file for emergency SNAP benefits.

  Ms. Koch is amazing and is well versed in the process of divorce. Her staff is knowledgeable and kept me apprised of any information or changes. Ms. Koch guided me through the pratfalls that many undergo in mediation, and helped me understand the value of a fair settlement. She fought for me and made me feel important. She could have agreed to all of my whims and fancies but she provided a valid counter that helped me understand what I should be providing/receiving. Ms. Koch can be blunt, but it was to let me know what was important. I believe that if I would have gone with a different lawyer that my overall outcome would have been detrimental to my children, my finances, and myself.
