  Being a first-time home buyer is nerve-racking enough, but Rachel helped put our worries and nerves at ease. She was obviously experienced and knowledgeable with the entire loan process. From the start, Rachel was there to answer all my and my husband's questions and guide us through to the end. She was also very easy to talk to and always gave us a warm welcome when we went in to see her. I am thankful we chose her to share this experience with, and I do not hesitate to recommend her to those looking into buying a home and seeking financing.

  In November of last year my husband and I were able to purchase a house with the help and guidance of Rachel Pruneda at Envoy Mortgage. I never thought it was possible. When we first went to talk to her in August she talked to us about what we can do help fix our credit and explained the whole process perfectly. I was so shocked when I found out that not only did we get approved for the house we wanted we also didnt even have to pay any money at closing! We actually left the closing with a check for $500! If you want to get a house you need to talk to Rachel! Shes the best!!!
