- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am a former peer health educator in TDCJ. Houston AIDS foundation implemented a peer to peer program and I taught prevention of HIV STD's to the inmate population. We need to go to the schools and talk as guest speakers. Kids need to be shocked with images of HPV warts or HIV patients photos. Education and put the fear factor into the minds of our youth. You need a program like this I can help. CCISD does not have a sex education program why? STD's out of control we must stop the spread of diseases now through high level of education.
